1. 2. The oil pump station of the induction melting furnace is generally installed on a base with a certain height, which is convenient for oil discharge from the oil tank during maintenance, and is also conducive to safe production. Even if a serious furnace leakage accident occurs, the oil tank can be protected from the invasion of molten iron. . When installing oil pipelines, it is also necessary to proceed from the worst conditions, avoid encountering with high-temperature molten iron at any time, and prevent accidents from expanding.
3. Eliminating oil leakage in the hydraulic system of the induction melting furnace is a relatively difficult task, which starts with improving the installation quality. The joints of the oil pipelines that do not need to be disassembled should preferably be connected by welding. Welds should be dense and there should be no leakage. After welding, the inner wall should be cleaned, and no welding slag and oxide scale should be left. The oil pipeline joints with threaded connection should be sealed and leak-proof in structure. When installing, take corresponding auxiliary measures, such as adding anti-leakage paint, etc., to reduce the possibility of oil leakage during operation.
4. After the installation of the hydraulic system of the induction melting furnace, the pressure test of the whole system should be carried out. The method is to inject oil with 1.5 times the working pressure and keep it for 15 minutes. Carefully check each joint, welding and the interface of each component. If there is leakage, measures should be taken to eliminate it one by one.
5. After the induction melting furnace body, water cooling system and hydraulic system are installed, the induction melting furnace body tilting test should be carried out, and the overall installation quality of the furnace should be checked, such as whether the hydraulic control system of the induction melting furnace is flexible and reliable, and each action Whether it is correct; whether the operation of the furnace body and furnace cover of the induction melting furnace is normal; when the furnace body of the induction melting furnace is tilted to 95°, whether the limit limit switch plays an insurance role, and adjust the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system to make it in good working order.
6. When the induction melting furnace is tilted, check the installation quality of the movable joints of the water cooling system, so as not to leak water and prevent the tilting of the furnace body; check the hoses of the hydraulic and water cooling systems, and observe whether the length is appropriate when the furnace body is tilted. If necessary, make appropriate adjustments; check whether the drainage system can work normally when the furnace body is inclined, and take corresponding measures if any deficiencies are found.
