1. 2. The inductor coil of the induction heating furnace has trachoma or the throat hoop is loose, causing water leakage, which may cause ignition between the turns of the inductor coil. Tighten or replace the throat hoop at the leaking part. If the copper tube of the inductor coil has trachoma, it needs to be repaired after welding. The pressure is normal before it can be used.

3. The inductor of the induction heating furnace is in use. Cracks appear in the lining of the inductor, which is easy to appear on the installation surface of the general water-cooled guide rail. Here, the oxide skin of the blank is very easy to fall into the cracked or damaged part of the furnace lining, and the metal oxide skin heats up. Redness will cause the copper tube to burn through, causing a short circuit between the turns of the coil and causing the inductor to fail.

4. The inductor coil of the induction heating furnace is usually water-connected, and the heat generated by it is mainly taken away by water cooling. Therefore, there must be enough water flow and water pressure to ensure that the necessary water flow through the copper tube of the intermediate frequency heating inductor should not be lower than 0.2~0.3MPa, the inlet water temperature should be less than 35℃, and the outlet water temperature should be less than 55℃. If the water pressure is not enough, the inductor coil of the induction heating furnace will vaporize and heat up. If it is not found in time, the copper pipe will be broken. Under the working conditions, it is likely to explode at this time. Therefore, the induction of cooling water is extremely important.

5. The inductor of the newly used induction heating furnace must be baked at low power (generally about 30kw), and the heating workpiece should be placed in the induction furnace for about 2-5 hours to ensure the lining of the inductor of the induction heating furnace. Completely dry and cured.

6. The water-cooled guide rail in the inductor of the induction heating furnace is actually the power track for heating the workpiece, which has been working at high temperature. If the water supply is insufficient or the water pressure is insufficient, gasification, red burning and deformation will occur, and the water cooling of the cooling rail is also extremely important when the workpiece is heated. The water-cooled guide rail is worn during use. Generally, the wall thickness of the water-cooled guide rail is 2mm. Therefore, the use of water-cooled rails has a certain period of time. If the wear is too much, the quenching that must be replaced will directly affect the use effect of the furnace lining.
