Dielectric properties and good machinability. The heat resistance grade can be divided into B grade (130 degrees) F grade (155 degrees) H grade (180 degrees) and C grade (above 180 degrees). It is suitable for insulating structural parts in electrical equipment, and can be used in damp environment and transformer oil.
The surface should be flat and smooth, free of bubbles, oil and impurities. Color unevenness, scratches, slight height inequality that do not hinder use are allowed. Laminated glass cloth rods with a diameter of more than 25mm are allowed to have cracks on the end or section that do not hinder use.
Large-caliber epoxy glass fiber tube is composed of epoxy resin, curing agent, accelerator and additives. The components of the epoxy resin glue should consider not only the technical requirements of the cured product (because the heat resistance, chemical resistance, and electromechanical properties of the winding product depend on the composition of the epoxy resin glue), but also the needs of the winding molding process , Otherwise it cannot be wound into shape. For this reason, the basic requirements for epoxy resin glue are as follows.
①The fluidity of the resin glue should be good to ensure that the fibers are saturated, the glue content is uniform, and the bubbles in the yarn sheet can be discharged. Therefore, its viscosity should be controlled within 0.35~1Pa·s. If the viscosity is small, the penetration is good, but it is easy to lose the glue content and affect the electromechanical performance of the product. However, if the viscosity is too large, it is difficult to penetrate into the fiber gap, resulting in a large number of bubbles in the product, which also affects the quality of the product. Moreover, the high viscosity causes high tension, which will bring inconvenience to the winding process.
②The use period should be long. In order to ensure smooth winding, the gel time of the glue should be greater than 4h
③The elongation of the cured resin glue liquid matches the reinforcing material, which can prevent internal stress during curing.
④The resin glue liquid is solvent-free, so that there are few volatiles and avoid solvent volatilization during the curing process to affect the overall compactness of the product. This is even more important for winding molded insulation parts used in electrical products.
