Epoxy ဖန်ဖိုက်ဘာအကွေ့အကောက်များသောပိုက်ကို အနှောက်အယှက်ကင်းကင်းသော ဖိုက်ဘာစိုစွတ်သောအကွေ့အကောက်များဖြင့် ပြုလုပ်ထားပြီး ဓာတ်ပေါင်းဖိုများ၊ လျှပ်စီးကြောင်းဖမ်းကိရိယာများ၊ ဖျစ်များ၊ ထရန်စဖော်မာများ၊ on-load tap-changers၊ ထရန်စဖော်မာစသည်ဖြင့် ထုတ်ကုန်စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်သတ်မှတ်ချက်များ IEC စံနှုန်းများနှင့် ကိုက်ညီရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။

Basic parameters of epoxy glass fiber winding pipe:

1- အကွေ့အကောက်ထောင့်၊ 45～65 (ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သောစက်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာစွမ်းဆောင်ရည်လိုအပ်ချက်များရရှိရန် မတူညီသောလိုအပ်ချက်များအလိုက် အကွေ့အကောက်ထောင့်ကို ချိန်ညှိနိုင်သည်။

2- အမျှင်ဓာတ်ပါဝင်မှု (အလေးချိန်အချိုး)၊ 70～75%;

3- သိပ်သည်းဆ၊ 2.00 g/cm3;

4- ရေစုပ်ယူမှုနှုန်း 0.03% ထက်နည်းသည်။

5- Axial thermal expansion coefficient၊ 1.8 E-05 1/K;

6: ဖန်ခွက်အကူးအပြောင်းအပူချိန်, 110 ~ 120 ℃;

7: ဓာတုခုခံမှု။ ဓာတ်သတ္တုဆီ: အလွန်ကောင်းမွန်သော;

8: Solvent and dilute acid: အစွမ်းထက်သည်။

9: elasticity ၏ဆန့်နိုင်မှု moduleus၊ axial 14000 MPa;

10: ဆန့်နိုင်စွမ်းအား; axial 280 MPa; ပတ်ပတ်လည် 600 MPa;

11: Shear strength: 150 MPa;

12: Flexural strength: axial ဦးတည်ချက်တွင် 350 MPa;

13: Compressive strength: axial 240 MPa;

14: နှိုင်းရခွင့်ပြုချက် 2-3.2;

15: Dielectric ဆုံးရှုံးမှုအချက် 0.003-0.015;

16: တစ်စိတ်တစ်ပိုင်း discharge စွမ်းရည် ≤5;

17: Dielectric strength: axial 3～6 kV; radial 10～12 kV;

18- မိုးကြိုးပစ်မှု- 110 KV

19: ပါဝါကြိမ်နှုန်းရှော့ခ်: 50 KV;

20- အပူခံနိုင်ရည်အဆင့်- B၊ F၊ H အဆင့်

21: အတွင်းအချင်း> 5mm; အပြင်အချင်း <300mm; အရှည် <2000mm
