環氧玻璃纖維纏繞管

環氧玻纖纏繞管採用不間斷纖維濕法纏繞而成，專為電抗器、避雷器、熔斷器、變壓器、有載分接開關、變壓器等高壓電氣設備的結構件而研製。產品性能參數符合IEC標準要求。

Basic parameters of epoxy glass fiber winding pipe:

1：繞線角度，45～65（繞線角度可根據不同要求進行調整，以達到更好的機械性能要求）；

2：纖維含量（重量比），70～75%；

3：密度，2.00 g/cm3；

4：吸水率，小於0.03%；

5：軸向熱膨脹係數，1.8 E-05 1/K；

6：玻璃化轉變溫度，110～120℃；

7：耐化學性。 礦物油：極好；

8：溶劑和稀酸：優良；

9：拉伸彈性模量，軸向14000 MPa；

10：抗拉強度； 軸向 280 兆帕； 圓周 600 兆帕；

11：剪切強度：150MPa；

12：抗彎強度：軸向350MPa；

13：抗壓強度：軸向240MPa；

14：相對介電常數2-3.2；

15：介質損耗因數0.003-0.015；

16：局部放電容量≤5；

17: Dielectric strength: axial 3～6 kV; radial 10～12 kV;

18：雷電衝擊：110KV

19：工頻衝擊：50KV；

20：耐熱等級：B、F、H級

21：內徑>5mm； 外徑<300mm； 長度<2000mm。
