(1) High-frequency rapid heating of temperature changes will change the critical point temperature in the steel, which will increase the Ac3 line. Under normal circumstances, the high-frequency quenching temperature of No. 45 steel is 890-930℃, and water quenching and oil cooling are used. When circulating water is used as a cooling medium, in order to prevent cracks, the quenching heating temperature must be lowered. The recommended value is 820-860℃.

(2) The change of heating time When high-frequency hardening machine is used for heat treatment, increase the output power, reduce the heating time and the size of the inductor gap, and the depth of the hardened layer that meets the technical requirements can also be obtained.

(3) The original structure requires high-frequency rapid heating to make the austenite composition uneven, and the original structure has a great influence on the homogenization of austenite. Therefore, the separation bearing seat must be normalized before high-frequency quenching to make The uniform and fine distribution of carbides will help homogenize the austenite during rapid heating, thereby avoiding cracks.
