2. Steel rod heat treatment equipment performance requirements
2.1. Steel rod heat treatment The equipment is fed by inclined rollers, and the workpiece is conveyed at a constant speed under the state of rotation. The conveying line is controlled by frequency conversion, and the three parts of feeding, sensor and discharge are separately controlled; the roller of the sensor part is made of stainless steel. Cool with water.
2.2. Steel rod heat treatment The equipment adopts automatic feeding and unloading; in order to facilitate bundling and hoisting after unloading, the unloading platform is U-shaped structure; the unloading platform is made of high-quality steel and is welded firmly and can withstand a certain impact load .
2.3. Steel rod heat treatment The frame of the equipment transmission mechanism has sufficient strength and rigidity, and the transmission mechanism and the frame are required to be sealed and have a beautiful appearance;
2.4. According to the safety standardization requirements of the machinery industry, all mechanical rotating exposed parts of the steel rod heat treatment equipment must have reliable protective covers; the production line should meet the national environmental protection standards.
2.5. Steel rod heat treatment The intermediate frequency power supply of the equipment adopts components of well-known domestic brands to ensure reliable use and low failure rate. The power supply has protection functions for water temperature, water pressure, short circuit and loss of voltage.
2.6. The winter temperature of the production site is -20℃. In order to ensure that the equipment will not be damaged by freezing, reliable anti-freezing measures and drainage water protection measures are required;
2.7. Steel bar heat treatment The equipment is equipped with online infrared temperature monitoring during the quenching and tempering process, and adopts Xi’an minute and second products, which can realize closed-loop temperature control.
2.8. All production processes of the steel bar heat treatment equipment are required to adopt computer automatic control, and each branch can also be converted to manual control.
