Deformation of steel plate during solution treatment in induction heating furnace
Deformation of steel plate during solution treatment in ինդուկցիոն ջեռուցման վառարան
Due to the high solid solution heating temperature of austenitic stainless steel, the steel plate is prone to stress deformation during heating and water spray cooling. How to maintain the shape of the plate and reduce the amount of deformation is an extremely important issue. Through the process practice of solution treatment in the induction heating furnace, it is preliminarily believed that the factors affecting the deformation of the steel plate are as follows.
(1) The spacing of the supporting spoke wheels. The steel plate is conveyed along the spoke channel. If the spacing between the heating rollers is too large, the steel plate will be bent and deformed due to its own weight. Therefore, a reasonable distance between the supporting spoke wheels must be designed. The distance between the spoke wheels of the medium and thick steel plate in the high temperature zone shall not be greater than 100mm. This kind of spoke wheel spacing can ensure that the steel plate has a good plate shape after solution treatment.
(2) The material supporting the spokes should be made of heat-resistant steel, which not only requires good high-temperature oxygen resistance and non-skinning performance, but also requires high high-temperature strength. The commonly used heat-resistant steels include 1Cr25Ni20Si2, 0Cr25Ni20, etc., which can withstand high temperatures from 1000 to 1050°C.
(3) Uniformity of the heating and cooling of the steel plate In the induction heating furnace, the gap between the steel plate and the induction coil should be kept consistent up and down, so that the upper and lower heating temperature of the steel plate can be uniform and the deformation of the steel plate is small. If the upper and lower gaps are inconsistent, the heating temperature of the side with the smaller gap is higher than the temperature of the side with the larger gap, which will cause different expansion stress differences and lead to deformation of the steel plate. When the steel plate is cooled by spraying water, when the cooling water pressure, water volume, and water column on the top and bottom of the steel plate are not uniformly distributed, internal stress will also be generated and the steel plate will be deformed. In order to ensure uniform cooling of the steel plate, first, the position of the spray nozzle and the hole diameter should be evenly distributed, and the spray pressure should not be less than 0.3MPa, and the water pressure of the main water supply pipeline should reach 0.5~0.6MPa.
(4) During the heating and cooling process, the steel plate shall be heated and cooled under compressive stress by using a pressing device. The pressing device can be compressed by the spoke wheel without hindering the forward movement of the steel plate.
In short, during the solution treatment of the steel plate in the induction heating furnace, after the above comprehensive measures are taken, the deformation of the steel plate will be significantly reduced, and the burden will be reduced for the later leveling of the steel plate.
