1. Temperature and pressure parameters of each control point of the rotary kiln system:
1). Kiln tail: pressure: -110~-190Pa, temperature: 800~950℃;

2. Limestone feeding shows the feeding amount, and the feeding amount can be adjusted; it shows hourly output, shift output, cumulative daily and monthly output;
3. Finished products display hourly output, shift output, cumulative daily and monthly output;
4. 4 sets of preheater storage bins, 2 coolers, 6 finished product storage bins, 2 raw coal storage bins, and 2 pulverized coal storage bins. A total of 20 tuning fork level gauges are selected to display the upper and lower limits of the material level for automatic and Two kinds of manual control;
5. The pulverized coal metering automatically tracks the given amount, displays the instantaneous supply amount, and can manually adjust the given amount; display hourly output, shift output, cumulative daily and monthly output;
6. The primary and secondary air displays the opening degree of the fan control valve, outlet temperature, air pressure, air volume, and the air supply volume can be adjusted;
7. The kiln head cooling air displays the opening degree of the fan control valve, and the air supply can be adjusted;
8. The exhaust fan displays the opening degree of the control valve, inlet and outlet air pressure, air volume, temperature, and can adjust the exhaust air volume;
9. The inlet temperature of the exhaust gas dust collector is displayed within the control range, and the opening amount of the cold air valve can be automatically adjusted if the upper limit is exceeded;
10. The temperature of the coal mill hot air blower is displayed within the control range. If the upper and lower limits are exceeded, the mixing amount of the cooler hot air valve can be automatically adjusted to stabilize the hot air temperature within the range of 250±50℃;
11. Display the opening and operating status of each equipment in the rotary kiln system; display the motor operating current of each equipment in the rotary kiln system.
12. The specific installation location of each process control point is determined according to the site requirements.
13. Interlocking and opening of main equipment (not including pulverized coal preparation system):
1) The feeding system and the preheater hydraulic push rod are interlocked; the feeding system can be started after the hydraulic push rod is started; the feeding system will automatically stop after the hydraulic push rod is stopped; the hydraulic system can be started after the main motor is started, the main motor Stop, the hydraulic system stops.
2) The auxiliary drive system is interlocked with the main drive system and the lubrication system and the hydraulic gear wheel; the lubrication system starts, the auxiliary drive system starts; the main drive system cannot start, and the gear wheel hydraulic system cannot start; the lubrication system starts, and the auxiliary drive system stops. The main drive system can be started, and the gear wheel hydraulic system can be started; the lubrication system is stopped, and the auxiliary drive system, the main drive system, and the gear wheel hydraulic system stop.
3) Lime discharge electromagnetic vibration feeder is interlocked with lime chain bucket conveyor; lime chain bucket conveyor starts, lime discharge electromagnetic vibration feeder starts; lime chain bucket conveyor stops, lime discharge electromagnetic The vibrating feeder stops.
