1 , equipment composition
The medium frequency induction sintering furnace is mainly composed of a thyristor intermediate frequency power supply, a hydrogen sintering furnace and an automatic temperature control system. The composition of each part is as follows:

4 , sintering furnace structure description
Explosion-proof port: explosion-proof membrane , silicone rubber gasket and over-pressure hydrogen outlet.
Blasting test port: detecting the hydrogen purity outlet in the furnace.

The refractory material between the inductor and the tungsten crucible consists of aluminum oxide and zirconium oxide. Since the inner layer is close to the tungsten crucible and the temperature is high, the zirconia having a refractoriness of 2600 ° C is selected as the refractory material.
