Quenching and tempering production line of seamless steel pipe
Quenching and tempering production line of seamless steel pipe
Steel pipe quenching and tempering: The quenching and tempering line is equipped with a loading rack at one end. The workpiece is manually placed in the loading rack. The oil cylinder pushes the workpiece to feed slowly on the roller. According to the specifications of the workpiece and the heating speed, the hydraulic device Equipped with a hydraulic speed regulating valve, which can control the feeding speed of the oil cylinder. After the efficiency is set, the oil cylinder will automatically push the material every certain period of time. After the material is pushed into the electric furnace sensor, the electric furnace starts to heat up.
In the production process of seamless steel pipes, in order to obtain the required properties, they need to be heat treated. The heat treatment of seamless steel pipes generally includes annealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering. Quenching is a heat treatment process in which seamless steel pipes are heated to a given temperature above the phase transition temperature, held for a certain period of time, and then rapidly cooled. The purpose of quenching is to obtain martensite so as to obtain the required mechanical properties after tempering at an appropriate temperature. Tempering is a heat treatment process in which seamless steel pipes are heated to a temperature below the transformation temperature of austenite to pearlite, and then cooled to room temperature after proper heat preservation. The purpose of tempering is to obtain the structure and properties required for seamless steel pipes. In order to obtain a certain strength and toughness, the process of combining quenching and high temperature tempering is called quenching and tempering.
According to the particularity of the steel pipe heating method, in order to meet the heating process requirements, the production line adopts on-line continuous heating and is equipped with an infrared temperature measuring device, which realizes the automatic detection and control of the heating temperature, and the temperature can be adjusted by adjusting the power.
The quenching and tempering of round steel (tube) is driven by a speed-regulating motor. After the steel tube is changed in specifications, the operating speed and power can be adjusted at will. All operations are implemented by the central control system. Workers only need to start and stop the buttons in the operating system to achieve fully automatic control of all actions (including power adjustment, temperature display, mechanical movement, etc.).
