Research on High Frequency Quenching Equipment for Automobile Torsion Beam
As a core component of the suspension system, the automobile torsion beam has a vital influence on the performance of the automobile. High-frequency quenching equipment can not only effectively improve the hardness and strength of the torsion beam surface, but also maintain the plasticity and toughness of the core. Therefore, it is necessary to study the high-frequency quenching of torsion beams. Although there is research on high-frequency quenching technology for complex parts at this stage, the research on torsion beams such as variable cross-section special-shaped parts with spatial shapes is not deep enough. Therefore, the research on high-frequency quenching of special-shaped parts such as torsion beams It is especially important. This paper studies the following aspects of the torsion beam high-frequency quenching device: First, this paper analyzes the complex structural characteristics of the torsion beam, and studies the structure of the most critical guiding part of the device, combined with the high-frequency quenching characteristics, The overall design scheme of the torsion beam high-frequency quenching device, which is quenched by the torsion beam driven by the moving trolley, moves along the guide rail and passes through the induction coil for quenching. The complex three-dimensional motion is transformed into a simpler one-dimensional motion. The device can make the torsion beam pass through the induction coil fixed in the space with equal gaps to achieve quenching. Secondly, according to the design requirements, the mechanical structure of the high-frequency quenching device for automobile torsion beams was designed in detail, and the design of the control system of the device was completed. The mechanical structure design includes the design of three parts: the feeding mechanism of the moving trolley, the guiding mechanism of the trolley, and the clamping mechanism of the torsion beam. The three-dimensional solid modeling of the torsion beam high-frequency quenching device is given.
