1. Welding workpiece:

1.1 Rotor end ring and guide bar.

1.2 Material: copper T2, brass H62, carbon steel, stainless steel 1Cr13,

1.3 Solder: HL205, HL204, HL303.

1.4 The outer diameter range of the rotor end ring is φ396mm-φ1262mm, and the thickness is 22mm-80mm.

3. Technical requirements for intermediate frequency induction brazing (machine tool) equipment

3.1. The machine tool can hold one motor rotor with a diameter of less than 1262mm, the shaft length is 4.5 meters, and the weight is less than 10 tons.

3.2 The motor rotor can be welded with or without shaft.

3.2 The operation of the machine is simple and convenient, and the sensors of different diameters can be replaced.

3.4. The end ring of the workpiece below ф800mm should be welded as a whole, and above ф800mm should be welded in a sector.

3.5 The workpiece can be rotated freely in the machine tool, and the height of the sensor can be adjusted freely.

3.5. The workpiece is easy to load and unload, safe and reliable.

4. Welding temperature measurement and control system:

4.1. The system should have an infrared temperature measurement control system for non-contact measurement of the workpiece and adjust the output power of the intermediate frequency power supply through the adjustment control system of the intermediate frequency power supply to achieve a constant temperature on the workpiece to be welded. The temperature control accuracy should reach about ±2%.

5. Cooling system

5.1. The footprint of the welding equipment should not be too large

5.2. The cooling method is water cooling, and a water cooling circulation system and a matching water chiller are provided
