The unit is composed of unwinding machine, unwinding looper, horizontal pinch roller, cleaning device, straightening device, traction mechanism, pre-bending device, rewinding device and electronic control system.

1. Power unwinding machine: It is composed of motor, reducer, frame, material tray and braking device. It is allowed to put Φ3050X800mm (1500 mm) high material frame for the coil drawing machine on the material tray, and the loose coil pipe is used as the raw material of the pipe to be wound.

Unwinding motor: AC variable Y112M-4 5.5KW 1440r/min.

2. Unwinding looper: It is composed of bracket, support arm, supporting roller, vertical roller, swing arm and other components. It supports the pipe to a certain height through the supporting roller, and the vertical roller guides the pipe and smoothly introduces the horizontal pinch from the tray On the roll. The rotation speed of the unwinding disk is through the swing angle of the swing arm, and a pair of gears are used to amplify the swing ratio, input into the computer system, adjust the frequency, and control the rotation speed of the turntable to achieve the speed synchronization of the whole machine. The torsion spring is used to control the swing angular velocity and the torsion spring force can be adjusted and set according to the size of the pipe diameter.

3. Horizontal pinch rollers: Two pairs of horizontal pinch rollers are used to feed the pipe into the cleaning device, and all the two pairs of pinch rollers are driven passively.

4. Cleaning device: It is mainly used to clean debris and dust on the surface of the tube blank. The cleaning medium is a copper pipe surface cleaning agent, which is directly supplied by the cleaning pump station. The entire cleaning process is fully enclosed.

5. Straightening device: It is composed of a vertical straightening machine and a horizontal straightening machine. The combined effect of the two makes the copper pipe straightened. Both vertical and horizontal straightening machines are nine-roller active straightening, four-roller is specified, and five-roller can be adjusted individually by handwheel.

6. Traction mechanism: driven by crawler-type pinch.

7. Receiving device: It is composed of material turning mechanism, beam, material frame, etc. After the tube blank is sawn off, the rear feed roller accelerates the tube blank to the turning mechanism, the length of the discharge roller table is greater than 4m, and then the finished tube is turned into the next material frame.

8. Electric control system: adopts PLC centralized control, adopts AC frequency conversion technology to control the start, stop, acceleration and deceleration of unwinding and feeding motors, and is controlled by AC servo system and relay control system. The electric control system is composed of an electric control cabinet, an operating table and an operating box.

9. Hydraulic system: mainly used for the lifting cylinder of the winding material table.

10. Water cooling section: The copper pipe is cooled to normal temperature through two cooling sections of spray cooling and immersion cooling. The temperature of the copper pipe exiting the cooling tank can be controlled by adjusting the amount of water. The best temperature is 60~80℃ .

11. Pay-off reel pay-off direction: clockwise pay-off, take-up reel take-up direction: counterclockwise reel.
