Measures to prevent deformation of circular saws by high-frequency hardening machine quenching and leveling methods
Measures to prevent deformation of circular saws by high-frequency hardening machine quenching and leveling methods
1. The saw board should enter the cooling medium vertically during quenching, so that both ends of the saw board are cooled at the same time. When oil is used as the quenching cooling medium, it is generally better to control it at 60-90°C. If the oil temperature is lower than 50℃, the deformation of the saw board will increase, and there is a potential risk of quenching cracking. In order to reduce stress, austempering or graded quenching can be used.
2. Under the premise of ensuring hardening, the method of power-off heating is adopted to reduce the impact of electromagnetic waves on the workpiece.
3. When the leveling still fails to meet the requirements after two phase changes, you can use a cold hammer for leveling, but the hammering technology is very demanding, and the deformation will increase if it is not correct.
4. The Ms point of 65Mn steel is about 270℃. When the martensitic transformation occurs, the plasticity of the steel is very good. If the saw board is placed between the two plates at this time, it can be forced to level.
5. The phase change process that occurs when the saw board is tempered can be used for further leveling. Clean the surface of the saw blade before tempering to reduce the accumulated error during stacking. The tempering should be pressed with a flat plate and the tempering time should be sufficient.
6. The heating temperature should take the upper limit, and the heating time should be sufficient to stabilize the internal structure of the saw board, reduce the Ms point, increase the amount of retained austenite after quenching, and reduce the deformation of the saw board.
