Trolley furnace is mainly composed of furnace body and electric control. The furnace body is mainly composed of furnace door and furnace door lifting mechanism, trolley and trolley traction mechanism, trolley sealing mechanism heater installation and electric contactor. The electric control part mainly includes two parts: temperature control and operation. The high-temperature trolley electric furnace is mainly used for quenching, annealing, aging, and heat treatment of various mechanical parts such as high chromium, high manganese steel castings, ductile iron, rolls, steel balls, 45 steel, stainless steel, etc.
1. The trolley furnace body must not only accept high temperature load, but also have sufficient thermal strength and less heat loss. The furnace body is composed of a steel structure made of welded steel and steel plate and a refractory fiber needle-punched blanket lining. The structure has high rigidity and strength to ensure the long-term use of the furnace; the furnace lining adopts the composite structure of the refractory fiber needle-punched blanket, so the heat storage and dissipation are reliable.
2. The furnace door and the furnace door lifting mechanism have good sealing performance. The furnace side seal and the furnace back seal see that the furnace door adopts a frame welded by section steel and steel plate, and the frame is lined with refractory fiber needle-punched blanket, which is light in weight and good in heat insulation. The door frame side is equipped with adjustable sealing strips made of refractory fiber needle-punched blanket, and the furnace door is lifted by an electric hoisting mechanism, which is convenient for maintenance.
3. Trolley and trolley traction mechanism The trolley adopts a frame welded by section steel, and the frame is made of heat-resistant cast iron parts, which are fixed on the frame with bolts. The trolley is lined with high alumina bricks, light clay bricks and diatomite bricks. The resistance band made of masonry is placed on high alumina bricks, and the trolley cover of the trolley furnace is made of heat-resistant cast steel, which has good high temperature strength and oxidation resistance, stable structure, and can withstand rapid cold and heat. The trolley traction mechanism transforms the rotary motion of the electric motor into linear motion through the meshing of the cogwheel and the pin rack, thereby moving the trolley back and forth.
4. Trolley sealing mechanism This high-temperature all-fiber trolley resistance furnace changes the traditional sand sealing structure, and uses soft refractory fiber needle punched blanket as sealing material to add to the tank body.
5. The trolley furnace adopts a domestic digital display AC contactor to implement ordinary position control, and a recorder is also equipped to record intact process curves, and can alarm over temperature; the operation adopts buttons and light display to complete the entry and exit of the trolley and heating elements. The on-off and furnace door lifting and other actions are controlled, and there is a chain installation. When the furnace door is raised or closed to a certain position, the trolley can stop moving, safe and reliable.
