The biggest feature of this system is to increase the quality assurance function of parts quenching. It is achieved by configuring an energy monitor in the CNC 840D control system. Using the basic principle that energy is equal to the integration of power and time, through a certain screen of the display, it is displayed whether the energy value is within the preset energy deviation range, so as to determine whether the heating energy of the part is accurate. Once the energy detection result exceeds or is lower than the user set value, it will display the fault signal, and then the program can be reset and executed according to the fault characteristics.

When the quenching machine is shut down, the last processed workpiece parameters and programs are automatically stored for the next operation call. The control system is equipped with complete editing functions such as input and modification of the workpiece quenching program. All workpiece programs can be stored in the numerical control system or transmitted to the computer through the communication port of the numerical control system, which is convenient for technicians to edit the workpiece quenching program off the machine. and processing. Through the man-machine interface, it can display the full transistor heating power supply, motor, quenching liquid water temperature and liquid level, cooling system pressure, flow rate and temperature, workpiece heating status, machine tool ready-to-run status, and can find the fault point and whether the fault is resolved; through the operation keyboard Edit, adjust, modify quenching programs, enter and set parameters.
