Intermediate frequency induction heating equipment, as part of the quenching production of large diameter steel pipes, realizes the combination of heating and uniform temperature, and satisfies the quenching and tempering process of large diameter steel pipes with diameters of φ325~φ1067. The intermediate frequency induction heating furnace is divided into two areas, heating and uniform temperature. The uniform temperature area can be independently controlled, and the temperature difference of the tube can be trimmed to meet the process requirements.

The quenching and tempering of large-diameter steel pipes are carried out separately on the same production line, that is, through the relevant parameters of the entire equipment, the quenching and tempering processes of the large-diameter pipes are respectively completed.

The working process of tempering and heating of large-diameter steel pipes: storage, loading, roller transmission, heating, uniform temperature, discharging, unloading, etc.

Heating control is divided into automatic control and manual control.

1. Technical requirements:

The large-diameter steel pipe quenching and tempering production line is used to realize the heating function of the following technical requirements:

(1) Workpiece name: petroleum casing, high pressure furnace tube, tube tube, heat-resistant tube, etc.

(2) Workpiece diameter range: Φ325mm-Φ1067mm

(3) Tube wall thickness: 10mm-30mm.

(4) Length of heating pipe: 6.0m-13m.

(5) The highest temperature of tube heating: 1050℃.

(6) Maximum temperature difference (circumferential and radial): ±15°

(7) Pipe walking speed: 3mm/S-30mm/S available;

(8) Tube movement and sensor power control can realize linkage control with PLC and automatic temperature control.

(9) Process requirements: uniform temperature after heating to 1050℃.

(10) Output: 5 tons/hour
