(1) Uhlelo lwe-vacuum ephansi: lufakwe ipompo yemishini (ipompo ye-rotary vane noma iphampu ye-slide valve), i-vacuum yokugcina ingafinyelela cishe ku-10 Pa;

(2) Isistimu ye-vacuum emaphakathi: Ifakwe inhlanganisela yepompo ye-Roots kanye nepompo yomshini (ipompo ye-rotary vane noma iphampu ye-slide valve), futhi i-vacuum yokugcina ingafinyelela ku-2×10-1 Pa;

(3) Uhlelo lwe-vacuum ephezulu: Imvamisa ilungiswa njengepompo yokusabalalisa + Iphampu yezimpande + iphampu yomshini (ipompo ye-rotary vane noma iphampu ye-slide valve), i-vacuum yokugcina ingafinyelela ku-2×10-3 Pa;

(4) Isistimu ye-vacuum ephezulu kakhulu: iphampu ye-turbomolecular + Ipompo yezimpande + iphampu yomshini (ipompo ye-rotary vane noma iphampu ye-slide valve), idigri yokugcina yomshini ingafinyelela ku-2×10-4 Pa.
