The furnace door of the trolley furnace is relatively large, and the furnace door and door frame must be structurally rigid to avoid thermal deformation. The large furnace door adopts a section steel welded frame and is inlaid with cast iron trim around it. The frame is lined with refractory and heat insulating materials, and the furnace door is opened and closed with an electric or hydraulic lifting mechanism.
The trolley is composed of a frame, a running mechanism and a masonry. There are three types of walking mechanisms commonly used in trolley furnaces: wheel type, roller type and ball type. The traction mechanism used by the mobile trolley includes cogwheel pin rack type, wire rope hoist type and electric chain type.
Since the 1960s, with the development of nuclear power generation equipment, extra-large trolley furnaces have appeared, with a width of 11 meters and a length of 40 meters. In order to meet the needs of industrial development, modern trolley furnaces also use high-speed burners to strengthen convective heat transfer in the furnace, furnace gas circulation, improve furnace temperature uniformity, and adopt automatic control systems including program control to improve Operational level.
