When the loading machine lifts the material to the top, the material automatically rolls down the 2° swash plate into the V -shaped groove. Unqualified materials (over-temperature, under-temperature), when the material exits through the furnace mouth, it is measured by the infrared thermometer. If the test is over-temperature or under-temperature, the cylinder stop mechanism is provided at 1400 . At this time, the cylinder rises (cylinder block mechanism is provided with the cylinder radial axial guiding device), blocks the material, the magnetic switch gives a signal, and the cylinder pushing mechanism rises between the raceways, and the unqualified material is ejected, such as The over-temperature material will roll out along the swash plate (at this time the cylinder is lifted out). If the temperature is low, the sorting mechanism cylinder shrinks, and the under-temperature material rolls out along the opening of the slide. If the qualified material is measured by the infrared thermometer, all the institutions at the unqualified material sorting mechanism will not operate. When the qualified material quickly reaches the top of the discharge mechanism, it is blocked by the fixed material blocking mechanism here, and hits the travel switch installed here, the signal is sent, the cylinder ejection mechanism between the quick discharge machine raceway and the intermediate raceway cylinder The ejector mechanism is raised at the same time, and the material is lifted up. When the cylinder is raised to the position, the magnetic switch gives a signal, the qualified push cylinder works, and the qualified material is pushed from the center of the quick discharge to the center of the middle roller through the transition plate.
