C. Brief description of work process:

This set of equipment is mainly induction heating quenching equipment for 10#~22# single-spherical flat steel and symmetrical flat flat steel. The production capacity is 1646# symmetrical flat flat steel as an example. The output is more than 1.5 tons/hour.

First, the qualified flat steel balls after rolling and straightening are manually lifted to the chain feeder by a crane, and then manually intervened, placed in order, conveyed to the end by the chain conveyor, and blocked by the stopper mechanism. There is a proximity switch for detection, and the chain conveyor will stop working when it detects that there is material. At the same time, the pneumatic reclaiming device starts to work. The piston rod of the cylinder drives the electro-magnetic disc to drop to the top of the workpiece and suck the material (the lifting cylinder is 2-φ160×200). After the cylinder rises to the position, the translation cylinder works (the translation cylinder is 2-φ160) ×1000), move the workpiece to the top of the raceway, after the lifting cylinder is lowered to the position, the electric disk power is turned off, and the workpiece is placed on the feeding conveyor raceway.

There are 10 supporting wheels evenly distributed on the whole set of equipment to prevent the flat steel ball from turning over due to head weight. The workpiece is hoisted to the conveying raceway, and the cylinder of the adjusting wheel works. After the adjustment is in place according to the size of the material, the adjusting wheel returns. When the workpiece is moving forward, it enters the first group of pressure roller mechanism (to prevent material from slipping, this group of pressure roller mechanism uses rubber pressure rollers) and there is no material detection switch at 850mm in front of the rubber pressure roller, when the material tail passes After that, a signal is sent, and the electro-magnetic disk performs another feeding job. In order to prevent the workpiece from deforming, a set of adjusting wheels and two sets of supporting wheels are set before entering the quenching induction coil. When the material enters the second set of pressing wheel mechanism, the first intermediate frequency power supply is activated, and the coil starts to heat up. The heating temperature is about 700℃. , When the material advances into the third group of pressure roller mechanism, the second intermediate frequency power supply is activated, and the coil starts to heat the material, and the heating temperature is 930-950°C. There are two sets of infrared thermometers, one for measuring the temperature of the web and the other for measuring the temperature of the ball head. (Two sets of 400Kw/6KHz intermediate frequency power supply are provided for quenching heating) The workpiece continues to move forward and enters the heat preservation induction furnace. The heat preservation adopts intermediate frequency heat preservation, and the supporting power supply is 160Kw/500Hz. There are also two sets of infrared thermometers, one for measuring the temperature of the web and the other for measuring the temperature of the ball head. After heat preservation, it enters into the spray, and the spray place should be equipped with a booster pump, so that the pressure of the spray water is between 0.5 and 0.8 MPa, and the flow rate is ≥ 20 cubic meters per hour. After spraying, it enters the fourth group of pressure roller mechanism, and then enters the discharge conveyor raceway. When the material head detection switch detects the material head, the frequency converter accelerates and discharges the material quickly. When the material end detection switch detects the material end, it turns over The material cylinder starts to work (2-φ160×275), and the material is turned into the collecting platform.
