C. The structure of heating and rotating at the tail of the steel pipe:
The automatic rotating device for heating the tail of the steel pipe is installed at the furnace mouth of the intermediate frequency heating furnace. This device is mainly composed of handrails, mobile trolleys, base brackets and positioners and other components. The two rolling rods with large gears are connected with the bottom plate of the mobile trolley through the bearing seat; the direct-connected pinion on the output shaft of the reducer meshes with the large gear on the rolling rod at the same time, and the motor drives the reducer, and the output is output through the reducer. The pinion on the shaft transmits the power to the two rolling rods, so that the pipe material to be heated placed between the two rolling rods automatically and evenly rotates.
The operator only needs to pull out the mobile trolley through the handrail, put the blank between the two rolling rods and make the outer end face of the blank close to the sliding scale of the positioner, and then push the mobile trolley to the front dead center position, the overhanging part of the blank. It can be automatically rotated in the intermediate frequency heating furnace and heated evenly. Obviously, the successful application of this device greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and solves the problem of uneven temperature of the heating material at the end of the steel pipe or locally.
